Privacy Policy

Availy Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 9, 2026

Overview

Availy is a privacy-first social calendar app. The app is designed to help friends plan meetups by sharing availability, while keeping private calendar details out of what friends can see.

Information Availy collects

Availy may collect and store the following information when you use the app:

How Availy uses information

Sharing

Availy does not sell personal information and does not use third-party advertising SDKs. Friends should only see the availability and invite information that the app is designed to share with them. Availy may use service providers, including Supabase for backend infrastructure and GitHub Pages for this public website.

Data storage and security

Availy stores app data in Supabase. The backend is configured to isolate rows by user through row-level security. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but Availy is built to limit access to the data needed for the app to function.

Retention and deletion

Availy keeps app data while it is needed to provide the service. If an in-app deletion option is not available, contact support and we will guide you through available deletion options.

Children

Availy is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through Availy, contact support.

Changes

This policy may be updated as Availy changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
